Monthly time for reflection, meditation, and fellowship. Spend 30 minutes reflecting on the past, centering yourself in the present, and getting energized for the future while deepening your connection to the loving creative Spirit inside you.
Meet in the cafe for coffee and conversation following guided meditation, meditation walk, or yoga depending on the day. Specific activity will be posted on the Kaw Prairie Facebook Reflection & Meditation Group the second week of each month.
