Road Trip | Week 5 | October 31
Have you ever been on a road trip? When we think of road trips, we might think of gas station snacks, singing along to our favorite songs, and taking in the sights — but when the Israelites went on a "road trip" of their own through the wilderness, it was a little less glamorous. Okay, it was a lot less glamorous. In this series, we'll introduce kids to some of God's "rules of the road," from Moses and the ten commandments all the way to what Jesus called the Greatest Commandment — to love God and to love our neighbors as ourselves. Together, we'll discover that we can love God and others by putting God first, worshiping God, loving our families, and loving everyone.
Unfortunately there is no Carll or Cali’s World video for today. We encourage you to do the at-home lesson. Have a safe and Happy Halloween!
Below is a copy of a lesson you can do at-home to better explore the Big Idea, scripture, and monthly memory verse. You can also download the document, as a whole, below the pictures.
We are revamping our Kids Cash program. Check back regularly and/or follow us on our KP Kids Facebook page (@KPCC.Kids) for updated information.
In the meantime, spend some time each day reading from the Bible and/or praying together as a family. This time is special and slips away quickly. Help your kids grow in their faith each day!
